History
i do believe i could talk about them for hours. survived 5 mass extinctions? unevolved in 450 million years?? magic blood? gathering under the full perigee moon?? @Lida Richardson we might need to be best friends. here’s a really short video on their spawning ritual: and i love this pbs nature episode about the relationship between horseshoe crabs and red knots (tiny shorebirds that migrate from the southernmost point of south america to the arctic every year)
Ancient, durable, kinda scary. Life is a miracle. edit: official mascots of rec league, pending approval
