Pumpkin Bread (Smitten Kitchen)

Happy to report that this is a very good recipe! I’ve not had much success with pumpkin bread before this recipe- but it is very tasty! Make sure you have the right pan size- that’s key! I did not quite nail the bake time… it wasn’t ready… wasn’t ready… wasn’t ready… and then bam slightly over- baked but nonetheless DELICIOUS! Will be the recipe I use from here on out!
