We just got back from a trip where I came back to the room and found the staff had left a bookmark where I had been using a photo as a placeholder. IDK but this kind of attention to detail in customer service makes me so emotional!

Best thing ever. I’ve had this experience at two hotels. We called it the “aha” gift. Unexpected, inexpensive, but surprisingly indispensable. Certainly better than a towel folded like a swan.
