A Trick for Juicing Citrus (Food52)

Squeeze your citrus with a fork. I will die on this hill. I have no patience for citrus juicers anymore. Every other method hurts my wrist and doesn’t even get all the juice out. I can rip through a bag of limes in record time with fork.

Also pro tip - I buy lemons/limes when they are on a steep sale and then juice and freeze in little silicone (citrus segment shaped) trays.
