Grilled Avocado

I'm kind of scared of grilling. There: I said it! But having recently acquired a decent used Weber Spirit, I can't live in fear any more and it's summer in the northern hemisphere which means it's now or never. What are your go-to grilling things? Recipes, tools, tips and tricks are all welcome, please and thank you.

Grilled avocado 🥑 so good, so easy and so underrepresented. As an ingredient in chopped salads or even a grilled guac - but also as a main event fill the scoop with everything from lobster salad to your favorite dressing and devour.
