Can I ask about what kind of Koda Rose rice you like the best and where you get it? I'm in LA and I'm quite intrigued. Thank you!

I was deeply loyal to Kokuho Rose both brown and white. Koda Farms was such a bright light for decades for me in LA and an advertising come chef friend even built Michelin level world around their grains. A couple of years ago the family stepped back and is working in partnership with another family owned farm to continue the heritage. I trust that it’s as good. https://www.kodafarms.com/ I used to pick mine up at Mitsuwa in West LA https://mitsuwa.com/sm/

“My go-to for freshly milled organic rice! They ship from both coasts. I eat a small-medium amount of rice as a solo-dweller, and a 15lb bag lasts me 1.5 years! Choose from any of their delicious crops and you can customize your order to be milled at 10/30/50/70%, which translates to how much husk is milled off. The lower the percentage, the closer the grain becomes to brown rice and the higher to”
