Loop Dream Earplugs - Good Sh*t On Sale
I use a pair of these almost everyday. They're up to 40% off right now and I am 100% stocking up - because I have lost a couple pairs traveling. GAME ON! This is my sign in code (not a benefit for me just will save you signing up if you don't want to) ARC-CXV3
Big fan of loop all the versions for the last few years but especially the sleep - I buy colors so I can see them should they leave my ear in the night. These are daily drivers for my search of a higher Oura sleep score.

Yess! I like to put one in one ear during the day to, oh, so gently reduce stimulation.

“My go-to for plane noise. I have a sensitive little noggin and can’t handle the weird suction feeling of noise-cancelling headphones or earbuds, so I love these reusable earplugs from Loop (I also have their concert ones which are incredible). Customizable to your ear size and about as comfy as seems possible for reusable earplugs to be!”

“I’ve been getting used to Loop, but what I like and appreciate best is that I am used to walking around with my AirPods in (no sound) just to block out noise. Enter LOOP!? Makes for a calmer experience while working or subway hopping. ”

“Doesn’t fix the snoring, but does make it drastically more bearable with my beautiful wife’s sonorous sounds.”
