Working this way and being kind to your employees and supply chain means you're not selling at fast fashion prices so getting their last a LONG time gear at a discount is a great way in.

They have recycle and repurchase programs for their denim and I have not regretted a purchase yet - my I&W items are sitting beside runway level stuff in my closet and they hold their own.
