On October 10, come to Central Library for a late-night teach-in about political resilience and hope, featuring music, performances and refreshments. Join us for conversations, readings and debates looking back on the U.S.'s major democratic movements and Americans’ continuous struggles for equity. 

The evening kicks off at 7 pm with a live set from DJ Kofta (of the Yalla! Dance party project), followed by a keynote address by physicist Karmela Padavic-Callaghan and Living Colour guitarist/producer Vernon Reid.
