Modern Korean, locally sourced, technique driven, ferment focused. Baroo in all its forms has been one of my favorite LA spots for a decade.

I will take Baroo in any form - strip mall, swap meet, pop-up or full blown fancy brick and mortar with a tasting menu. I’ve had it all those places & it may be a bit more precious now but that doesn’t mean it is any less worth your time or hard earned money.
