Escali digital scale - as useful as spoons I swear

Hear me out - I don't use this for everything - but I do use it anytime it makes sense. Baking 100% easier with a scale, sauces, and dressings and following recipes - all easier developing recipes it's nonnegotiable.

I am a big decades long Escali fan - US brand that's stayed close to it's origins and THEY WORK - I had one for over a decade - used it a ton, moved and was convinced I'd worn it out after replacing the battery so I got a new one - some of the best $30 spends in my lifetime - except I hadn't killed the first one - I just had a dead battery in my battery kit because they last so long in the scale. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is also one of about ten tools I brought on my recent 4 months of road trips and residences and I used it every time I cooked.
