SAUCY BABY - Hestan Culinary Stainless Steel 2-Quart Saucier

This pan will make you feel like a chef, even if you're a beginner - I'm angry with myself that I bought set after set of pots and pans over the years never using most of them & then giving them away when I moved over and over again. This last big move when I sold my house of 15 years and went in search of a new way to live, lighter and more mobile pans played an outsized role.

The reason this lil guy is so important is that he's got a rounded bottom - no edges- perfect for sauces and anything you don't want to scrap from the corners. Expensive? yes (promo's often) but far less than all the pots I never used.
