I originally got them as recovery when I was flying all over the world on a regular basis and wanted to keep my Lymph flowing after long flights etc, and I have kept it up without as much travel - they're really good for any soreness and then also LOVE Tham for Lymph maintenance. You're reminding me that today I will do it after a month on the road. THANK YOU!
