Does anyone have a hand cream they especially recommend?

I've tried a LOT of hand creams but this one is the best--it will fix dry/chapped/cracked hands super quickly. It takes a while to absorb, so I generally put it on right before I fall asleep, and when I wake up my hands are soft again! A cold-weather essential. And fun fact! Kiehl's designed this product for the Everest expedition they sponsored, so you know it works.
