They truly went wild--I don't think any of them had seen a golden dollar coin before—-minds blown! It was also v. cute to see them work so hard to figure out where the treasure was while we all sat around enjoying pizza and chat, haha.

We were guests, not organizers 🪎 The hosts made a treasure map that led to a clue, which led to another clue, and so on, until the kids found the treasure. They had to work together to figure eaxh one out; some were riddles, some were puzzles that involved spelling or math.

If you go to your local bank and ask for dollar coins, they usually have them, and they cost a dollar. You pay more to order from the Mint, but that is what I could link to online!
