Easy + reliably delicious; I mix up the dry ingredients in a large Bonne Maman jar to take on our summer vacations. That way, whenever we find farm stand fruit, all we need for warm cobbler is six tablespoons of butter, 3/4 cup of cream, and 40 minutes in an oven.
