OHHHH yes my friend many pieces of this broader topic queued up. I'm planning on tackling the cubicle first but I definitely see this as joint phenomenon alongside the open floor plan home taking hold as well - a trove of tidbits.

What was the most interesting nugget surfaced from research during your thesis process?

Well, I delved deeply into creativity research, so I found several creativity myths that are being kept alive partly by the design of so called creative spaces (many design highly stimulating environments with high contrast colouring for example). Some aspects of creativity are not popular in the idea of a creative person or our idea of a productive person and are therefore not made visible in the "creative" space.

I found it very interesting how some aspects of work (brainstorming, high degree of education, competition) are counteracting creativity!

We gotta find a way for you to lecture at one of the many wide open creative agency offices in LA
