I love these knives! It’s a treat every time we serve something that needs a little extra oomph to cut. They used a stainless version of these at our favorite restaurant that is now closed, so I also have fond memories of wonderful meals there each time I use them. Even the task of hand washing them and maintaining the wood is a joy!
