not needing everything to be a ritual

I heard a podcast ad last week calling a fancy toilet a way to “elevate a daily ritual.” I do not need everything to be a ritual. You can take a shit, put on lotion, or make coffee without buying products to make it feel special and replace actual meaning in your life.
