Dieux Instant Angel Lipid-Rich Firming Face Moisturizer

My skin is like the Sahara Desert AND I use tret so I need a moisturizer that will keep me hydrated. I am probably on my 10th tube of Instant Angel if that's any indication of how much I love it. I keep trying to find an alternative because it's so expensive (the big tube is $78) but nothing comes close to this.
