Lewis Bedding: We LOVE Lewis bedding! The quality is really good (has held up to SO many washes over the past couple of years without showing wear) and the prints are so cute without being twee. The price is also right! (And they're having a sale right now.)

IKEA Kids sheets and bedding: We went with IKEA since we knew we’d need to get a few sets and also didn’t want to empty our savings accounts. They benefit from a run through the wash with some fabric softener initially but they’ve done the trick so far and lots of cute options.
