Cottage cheese + cherry tomato + triscuit

Send me your best snacks! It’s OK if they are fancy, but I also welcome packaged or extremely easy snacks. Feeding yourself all the time can really feel like a job and I can only eat so many Lara bars before feeling sad.

The sweeter the cherry tomato, the better. I prefer Friendship or Brookstone cottage cheese. Original Triscuits, of course; there is no substitute.

Oooh I like the sound of this. One of my buddies recommends cheddar cheese and a chunk of a big tomato on a triscuit.
