Hygge Buns at Oat Bakery

Home to one of my favorite pastries in the world, the hopelessly sticky hygge bun, with its delicious date cinnamon filling! It's their version of a healthier cinnamon roll. When I moved to Paris, this was the only pastry I missed from the US, and it is always the first stop when I am in town. They have multiple locations, but the original in downtown SB is my favorite. Montecito is cute but it's a much smaller selection due to the size. Goleta is also great because there's more space and they have more lunch options, but it's a bit further out of town.
