I am a witch and this is my cauldron. After a few years spent with a TJ Max dutch oven, I upgraded to the Dutchess in Broccoli from Great Jones. I went with the larger size because I wanted it to fit a whole chicken for roasting but most days of the year (including today a 100 degree day in LA) this thing is simmering soups.
