it is a genuine marvel what they are able to create here. the dishes are vegetarian / vegan, and truly out of this world. it gives me hope for the future of cuisine (you know, once we run out of fish and it becomes an imperative that we stop farming beef & chicken like that). I am not vegan and one thousand percent loved it here.
