THAT Omelette from The Bear
Recommended by Dylan
From the culinary producer of The Bear, Courtney Storer's substack. Featured in season 2 when Sydney makes an omelette for a very pregnant Sugar.
Adding the chips as a crunchy, textural topping is truly life-changing and will make you want chips on your eggs for the rest of your life.
This recipe is the reason I always use a sieve for my scrambled eggs and omelettes now.
