Let customers pay cash!
Recommended by Dylan
Maybe this is a controversial take for some, as I know business owners are looking at it from a streamlining and convenience point of view, but I truly despise the fact that more and more places are refusing to accept cash payments.
Not only are you losing customers by doing this, but you are also deliberately excluding a chunk of your community.

@noah
agree 1000% this is a sneaky type of classism that is bad for everyone!!!!
@dylaryduff
it fills me with rage!
@ayaaaa
In our town, it’s illegal to not accept legal tender, aka cash, and I wonder if this is common. It’s 100% classism.
@dylaryduff
i wish that were the case everywhere!
@christen
100% agree! I’m a small business owner and will gladly accept cash any time someone wants to pay that way. It’s classist bs (and I think laziness too sometimes) when places refuse to accept it.
