Sticky Dates Shower Gel

A midnight doomscroll, and there she is — Leah Kateb, triple Leo and Persian Princess of reality TV, practically glowing as she sings the praises of Lush Sticky Dates Shower Gel.

I’m not that easily influenced, I lied to myself, but three clicks, one checkout, and a small fortune later, I had a bottle of sweet-smelling magic on the way. Blame it on TikTok’s hypnotic pull or the science of social proof, but suddenly, smelling like a decadent dessert felt essential to my physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

I was low-key hoping I’d hate it (for the sake of my future bank balance), but no — this isn’t just body wash. It’s an indulgent sensory experience, made with softening date syrup, aromatic vanilla, and luxurious sandalwood oil. BRB making this scent my entire personality.

So here I am, sniffing my own arm in public — a willing victim of my trashy TV habits, the evil algorithm, and the dopamine hit that comes with a well-spent impulse buy in late-stage capitalism.
