Recs for recurring perioral dermatitis? Mine is hormonal and stress-related which makes it harder to manage—would love to hear what worked for you!!

I am not a dentist so don't take this as official advice but I read that certain toothpastes (including whitening) can aggravate perioral dermatitis - worth looking into!
