Cibo Matto - Sugar Water
Recommended by Dylan
I only stumbled upon this song by Japanese-American trip-hop duo this year, 30 years after this song's release. I am IN LOVE.
I adore the way they sing "when a black cat crosses my path, a woman in the moon is singing to the earth". The video is really cool too.

One of my faves ❤️ have you seen the Buffy epsisode that features them performing this song live?! Season 2, episode 1!
@dylaryduff

Same! Such a great way to find music. There are some really good ones in Buffy!!
I came across the song in Covid times but I’m also watching Buffy for the first time !!! and was completely starstruck when they started playing this song. Such a mega iconic moment to stumble into.
@annieeb
