gosh that must have been devastating to lose her at that age. i remember when my friend's dad passed when we were still in school, she was BULLIED because the kids didn't know how to respond to a kid with a dead parent. awful. sending you lots n lots of love xo

This is very touching. I think of the song lyric by Mary Chapin carpenter that describes herself as being “not odd or strange, just quietly rearranged.” That feels right after my dad died.
