Skip the Boring Parts of your Book

For how much everyone that says you should read "Walden" by Thoreau I am starting to think no one actually read his book. He offers some very practical advice that is timeless, but I skipped his whole chapter on beans. Very few in this country can suddenly come into 5 acres of untouched land within walking distance of a local town, pay no mortgage, build your own cabin, and turn farmer over night.

The easiest thing to do when these out of touch parts or boring parts come up, skip em, who gives a $#%#, you're the one reading it which is more than most folks can say to start so you're already ahead.
