What kind of signs or symptoms of anxiety is Cleo Pepper exhibiting? Sound/stimuli, separation, social (e.g., stranger danger)?
Maddie's Fund has a lot of educational resources. It's specific to shelter Dogs (so high stress experiences / environments) but maybe that is part of your Cleo Pepper's history?

oooOh thank you so much, I’ll look into it. it’s separation anxiety mixed with just being too alert at home, barking at the door. I actually took her on an extra long sniff walk this morning where she decided where to go and I think that was successful! I know it’ll take a whole host of things but I think being so smart and understimulated is hard.
