The Devils by Joe Abercrombie

I'm on my seventh Joe Abercrombie book this year and I don't have time for this. send help.

But seriously he's one of the finest craftsman of prose in fantasy. Just incredible pacing, character work, and depth of worldbuilding. Strong recommend.
