I drink SO MUCH herbal tea (tisane if you want to get technical about it). This electric tea kettle is one of my favorite items in my home. You can set your desired temperature depending on the kind of tea, and it holds the warmth for a full 30 minutes. I have purchased four over the years, for myself and as gifts!
