frederik is the owner of some of my favorite restaurants in copenhagen - atelier september and apollo bar. i ate the yogurt bowl at atelier september on my first trip to cph winter 2019 and was completely charmed by it. zucchini jam?! it was floral, sweet, tangy and paired so well with the creamy, tart yogurt and homemade granola. during early days of the pandemic, frederik posted the recipes for the jam and yogurt on his instagram and i immediately recreated the yogurt bowl at home. of course i jumped to purchase this book as soon as it was published and have come to love a lot of the recipes in it.
