making your own birthday cake

IN CASE YOU HAVENT SEEN ITS MY BIRTHDAY AND I WONT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT! every year i make my own cake because i have very particular flavor needs and baking is self care for me. this year was a white forest cake (yellow cake, dark cherry coulis, chantilly cream) that im sharing with our neighbors because we obviously cannot finish a whole cake between the two of us. if only baby could eat solids by now…
