Megababe Coldies: Life changing. They have SAVED my constantly sweating, perimenopausal, can't-take-hormones ass. You don't have to put them in the fridge (though you could.) They're just made of stuff that sucks the heat out of you. I don't get it, but it WORKS.

TORRAS COOLiFY Neck Fan: I gave in and bought this at the recommendation of a security guard I worked with. I WILL say that while it’s great and the cooling feature on the back of the neck does help, I wish there was also a fan back there. Is that even possible? Idk! The cooling pad still gets a little sweaty and I don’t like that the buttons beep, but those are my only complaints. This absolutely saved me when I had to work outside on some feels like 103° days.

Also another caveat: I bought this on sale for like $80 but I don’t think I’d splurge at its current price point. 🤔

Witch hazel and Lume: After fully drying off from my nighttime shower (get bone dry!), I spray Dickinson’s pure witch hazel on pits, feet, and hot spots. Let fully dry, then put Lume cream deodorant on those spots. I will repeat the witch hazel step throughout the day. It’s ideal to use Lume before bed so the ingredients have time to work. Lume wipes are also clutch to carry in your bag. But sometimes the best solution in this humidity hellscape is changing into a fresh shirt/bra at 1pm.
