Yuzu Kosho Green Chili Paste
$5
We were recently gifted this Yuzu pepper paste and it is sooooo good. Spicy salty sweet umami citrus!
Good as a marinade or topping but I’ve been mixing with olive oil or sesame oil with rice vinegar for a salad dressing and it’s perfect with a crunchy cucumber situation.

“Just added this to some Olive oil and pepper to top an arugula salad with some crushed croutons and it was a perfect, simple summer salad!”

“Adds a bright, citrusy, salty, umami punch with just a little bit of heat. I go through the tiny jars so fast; TJs had a version for a while but it was sadly discontinued. Takes avocado toast up to 11.”
