“Magnesium is great to help with sleep and sore muscles. I purchased it originally to help my feet feel less like I spent all day trying to punch them through the floor to the other side. Finding that it helped me get to sleep faster was a happy accident. The only thing is it has a sort of salty tackiness so I try to avoid touching it with my hands unless I plan to wash them before bed.”
