Jillian Dempsey Eye Khol in Rich Brown

Same beautiful formula as the deep burgundy, but in a more neutral color. This is truly RICH, in that the formula feels expensive, but it’s such a beautiful shade of brown. I don’t think one is exclusive to green eyes- it would make any eye color pop. But, this one is the most neutral of the lineup I have here. It’s deep enough to give a lot of definition, but not too harsh for daytime in light colored eyes. This is one you really just have to try on to see the magic of!
