Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil in “Alkaline”

These pencils are so nostalgic to me because I had about 12 different colors in college. This color, though, is SPECIAL. It gives you a hot vampire look, and you can smudge it out but it’s also waterproof. This one is a super red burgundy. No purple in it at all.
