olive oil cake

cake feels like a celebration and my inner child is constantly craving it. i’ve grown a true obsession with olive oil cake specifically. there are a lot of solid olive oil cakes out there, but my favorites lately are l.a. grocery & cafe's gf polenta olive oil cake. in fact, our wedding cake was an epic olive oil sheet cake with raspberry jam from just what i kneaded.
