the wax child - olga ravn

Scott Broker

“a book about the 17th century witch trials in denmark that’s narrated by a wax doll? say less. eerie, prescient, and impressively expansive for a book so small.”

Anna

“Perfectly strange and dark and fucking rad. I love short books, but I didn’t want it to end.”

J-Ha Hasegawa

“Poetry. History. Revolution.”
