Mottisfont (National Trust)

Despite living only 5 miles down the road for 20 years, I only visited Mottisfont earlier this year. What a joy. Lovely walks around the grounds, rich family history and a wonderful ‘office/library’, along with walled garden and top notch cafe.

Everything you want in an English Country House. Oh yes, the staff are super knowledgeable too.

It made the Autumn Good List.
