I went looking for a weighted sleep mask because I was sleeping with a pillow over my eyes for the light pressure. This silk one is incredible and excellent for side sleepers. I also got one for my husband because it helps with his migraines (it's also light-blocking).

“Weighted. Eye mask. Most normal eye masks make me feel like I have vertigo a bit. But this one just rests on top of your eyes and the slight pressure feels amazing. I sleep so deeply when I use this. I’ll also just place it on my chest if I’m feeling particularly anxious.”
