Friends, do you have any non-medicine things that help with headaches and migraines? Anything, please! At this point if you told me to start sleeping like a hanging bat I’d do it 🦇
I use one of these every time my head hurts ( it’s kept in the freezer so it feels really good imo!) I don’t use this one exactly but it’s something similar :)
