my favorite cake i’ve made thus far 🍓 a decadent summer cake! i love using almond flour and olive oil because it makes the most dense + moist baked goods and this is one of them!

RECIPE:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
4 eggs
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla extract
4 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
TOPPING:
1 Cool whip or plant based whip tub
Sliced strawberries
Powdered sugar
Bake for 40-45 mins at 350 F
