This comment may be either: 1. A moment where you say, “Fuck all the way off!!” 2. This has merit, but not my sitch 3. Thank you for sharing this & you’ve saved my life!! 🤣 I found thru therapy that my pain was coming from a place of trauma, versus a place of injury… just my 2¢

Yes the trauma also has to be addressed, especially if you can connect it to your masculine (right) or feminine (left) side. I also suffered from a physical injury that lingered and these stretches saved me alongside therapy and shadow work.

YES! Oooh can I offer one more thing as a movement invitation? Take a rolled up blanket and place on top of your thighs and then come into a child's pose (so that the blanket is between your belly and thighs) and simply take deep, ocean wave like, breaths. The sensation you're experiencing in your QL's is a sensorial clue! Culturally, our bodies are craving much more posterior (back body) expansion due to the fact that we are chronically breathing shallowly which results in an over dependence of our chest, neck + shoulders! This shape allows for increase air flow into the posterior ribs, massages the respiratory diaphragm AND allows the QL's to lay down their guard. I know that you didn't ask for this, so purely an offering as someone who does this for a living and I saw your post!
