Doto Restaurant
it's a shame that i hear no one talking about doto, probably because it's in what i call the bermuda triangle of silver lake (n. hoover street). discovered via rec of @Poog Podcast's miss berlant. it's just sort of everything i want to eat but both the yellowtail crudo and smoked lamb pita were particularly fantastic.

“Doto in Silver Lake took over the space of the now defunct, iconic brunch-favorite Jewel (RIP). The all-day restaurant serves Japanese-influenced California cuisine. Creative dishes like tempura-fried fish tacos and the indulgent Comté burger are standouts. Judging by our meal last night, the restaurant’s patio also makes for an intimate, vibey rehearsal dinner space.”
